The end of the year is here and there appears to be a slow down in the number of
properties being offered for sale as " short sales " This could mean that sellers
have lost hope about being able to complete their short sales, if that is the case,
there will be hundreds of houses being sold by banks at discounted prices
starting in 2008 and 2009.  Should that be the case, it will certainly be a very
