OPINION... I can not find my agent. FACT... Your agent is probably not licensed and as soon as something went wrong your agent disappeared. OPINION... Owning a house is just a saying, the bank owns it. FACT... When you buy a house you are the rightful owner, not the bank and your house is the most important asset you will have. OPINION... The prices of houses are going down so I am going to wait to buy mine. FACT... Recent closed sales in an area determine the base price and I think the base has been set in most areas. |
