Every day is a good day to buy real estate provided you have an agent with ethics, education, and dedication to accomplish your goals. OPINION... Someone bought a house and did not have a job, did not have credit and did not have money in the bank. FACT... You must have money saved, have established credit with a minimum score of 640 and be working for 24 months. OPINION... I was robbed of my deposit and they do not answer my phone calls. FACT ... Your money did not get stolen, it just went to his rightful owner based on the purchase agreement you signed. OPINION... I can not find my agent. FACT... Your agent is probably not licensed and as soon as something went wrong your agent disappeared. OPINION... Owning a house is just a saying, the bank owns it. FACT... When you buy a house you are the rightful owner, not the bank and your house is the most important asset you will have. OPINION... The prices of houses are going down so I am going to wait to buy mine. FACT... Recent closed sales in an area determine the base price and the base has been set in most areas. |
